Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of Cael, operated by Life Ventures LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service. Because Cael can take real actions — browsing the web, sending messages, and connecting to tools at your direction — using it responsibly is essential. We may investigate violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct we believe violates this Policy or creates risk or legal exposure.

You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third party's rights.
• Surveil, track, monitor, stalk, harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate any individual, or build profiles of people without a lawful basis. The Service may not be used as "stalkerware" or to monitor another person without their consent.
• Access, use, or attempt to access any account, system, or data that is not yours, or to misuse credentials.
• Violate the terms of service, robots restrictions, rate limits, or technical protections of any third-party website or service the Service interacts with.
• Infringe intellectual-property rights or misappropriate trade secrets or confidential information.
• Engage in fraud, scams, deceptive practices, money laundering, or the sale of illegal or regulated goods.
• Generate or distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited bulk messages, or conduct phishing or social-engineering attacks.
• Create or distribute content that is illegal, sexually exploitative of minors, that incites violence, or that harasses or defames others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent the security, limits, or integrity of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

High-risk uses

Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for decisions that could have significant consequences — including decisions about health, safety, legal matters, finances, credit, housing, employment, or eligibility for benefits — without independent review by a qualified human and, where appropriate, a licensed professional. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete.

Automated actions and authorization

You are responsible for the instructions you give and for any action the Service takes on your behalf. Only direct the Service to perform tasks you are authorized to perform yourself, and review significant or irreversible actions before confirming them.

Reporting and enforcement

To report misuse, contact alec@caelagent.com. We may modify this Policy as the Service evolves. Violations may result in warning, suspension, termination, removal of content, or referral to law enforcement.
