This Cookie Policy explains how Cael, operated by Life Ventures LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) on our website. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What we use

• Strictly necessary. A secure, HttpOnly session cookie (cael_session) keeps you signed in to your dashboard, and browser storage remembers essential session state. The Service does not function correctly without these.
• Payment and security. Our payment processor (Stripe) and hosting providers (such as Vercel) may set cookies needed to process checkout securely and to operate and protect the site.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_* (typically kept up to two years), to count visits and understand which pages are used and where visitors come from. It is not used on pages that carry private links, such as password reset, squad invites, and card entry. You can opt out with Google's browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking these cookies in your browser.
• No advertising. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your information for behavioral advertising.

You can control or clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies or local storage may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the Service.
