Cael only says a table is booked once the restaurant has confirmed it. If it couldn’t get the table, it tells you and offers another time or a nearby place, so reply to that text or open the plan in your dashboard to see each stop’s status. If Cael asks you to sign in to Resy or OpenTable again, do it from Booking accounts. If Cael said a table was booked and the restaurant has no record of it, email us with the restaurant and the date and we’ll sort it out.

Joined on the web: go to Settings, then Billing, then Manage billing. That opens Stripe, our payment processor, where you can cancel anytime. For a refund, email us.

Joined in the iPhone or iPad app: Apple handles the billing. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Apple handles refunds for purchases it billed, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

On the web, go to Settings and choose Delete account at the bottom. In the app, open More, then Delete my account. This permanently removes your plans, messages and everything Cael remembers, and cancels a web subscription. It doesn’t cancel an Apple subscription: cancel that in your iPhone’s Settings first.

Your data belongs to your account only, and you can see, edit, export or delete it from the dashboard. Read the privacy policy for the details.
